Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the participation in The Paddock Affiliate Scheme ("Scheme") offered by On Track Business Support Ltd.

By participating in the Scheme, affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Participation in the Scheme is open to members at Paddock VIP level and above. Invitation to join the Scheme is sent upon receipt of first payment.

Registration

To become an affiliate, customers must register for the Scheme through the designated registration process.

On Track Business Support Ltd reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates shall promote The Paddock and its services in a truthful and professional manner.

Affiliates shall not engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing practices, or misleading advertising.

Affiliates shall not represent themselves as employees or representatives of The Paddock or On Track Business Support Ltd.

Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, and regulations in their marketing activities.

Commission Structure

Affiliates shall earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers referred by them.

The commission structure and rates shall be specified separately and may be subject to change at the discretion of On Track Business Support Ltd.

Commission percentage is paid on the net price (before VAT) but is subject to VAT if the affiliate is a VAT registered entity.

On Track Business Support Ltd runs a self-billing system for commission payments to affiliates. The second form in the registration process covers your VAT status. Be careful to complete those details accurately to ensure you are paid the correct rate.

Commissions shall be paid out according to the payment schedule specified by On Track Business Support Ltd.

Tracking and Attribution

On Track Business Support Ltd shall provide affiliates with unique referral links or codes to track referrals.

Affiliates must ensure that referrals use their unique links or codes for proper attribution.

On Track Business Support Ltd shall not be responsible for any untracked referrals due to improper use of links or codes.

Termination

On Track Business Support Ltd reserves the right to terminate the participation of any affiliate in the Scheme at any time and for any reason.

Affiliates may also voluntarily withdraw from the Scheme by notifying On Track Business Support Ltd in writing.

Modification of Terms

On Track Business Support Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Scheme after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
